UAC Support

Please discuss the recommended steps for installing the Notes Client for a standard Vista user with UAC On.

Will this mode of installation allow other applications to launch Notes without requiring elevated privilege (e.g. Exalead one:Desktop search engine)? Will it be possible to drag/drop files between Notes and Windows Explorer?
